Two young boys and their caregiver build a sand castle surrounded by wading pools, an ocean, levees, a highway, Dune Road along the Atlantic Coast. With the ocean physically at their backs, the children work tirelessly. In a few short hours their creation will be flattened and rinsed clean by rising waters - in a race against time.
